Terms of Service

NANO Prop LLC · Effective 23 September 2026 · The current version is always published at nanoprop.info/terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and NANO Prop LLC (“NANO Prop”, “we”, “us”). They cover your use of nanoprop.info, the NANO Prop desk and any plan you buy, including a plan bought through Whop. By creating an account, buying a plan or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These reading summaries are drafts pending counsel review. They do not replace the full policy text.

1. Who we are

In plain words · Draft

Your agreement is with NANO Prop LLC. Use the listed email addresses for support or legal questions; the registered address does not accept correspondence.

You are contracting with NANO Prop LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. That registered address is for legal compliance only and does not accept correspondence, parcels or support requests. For support, billing and refunds, email support@nanoprop.info. For questions about these Terms, email desk@nanoprop.info.

2. What NANO Prop is

In plain words · Draft

NANO provides information and tools for your trading records. It is not a broker, prop firm or adviser, and it does not manage your money or place trades.

NANO Prop is an information service and a personal record-keeping desk for traders who use prop-firm evaluations and funded accounts. We publish firm coverage, rule changes, payout observations and aggregated statistics built from data members log. The paid desk lets you record your own accounts, costs, payouts and risk rules, and use AI features that run on credits.

We are not a broker, not a prop firm, not an investment adviser and not a financial planner. We do not hold, move or manage your money, and we do not place trades.

3. Not financial advice

In plain words · Draft

NANO content and AI replies are information, not financial, tax or trading advice. Trading and evaluations carry substantial risk; past results do not predict future results, and your decisions remain yours.

Nothing on the site, in the desk, in an AI reply or in any email is financial, investment, tax or trading advice, or a recommendation to buy an evaluation from, or trade with, any firm. Trading futures and buying prop-firm evaluations carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past results, including payout statistics, do not predict future results. Your decisions are your own.

4. Independence from prop firms

In plain words · Draft

NANO earns nothing from prop firms, and its coverage is not an endorsement or guarantee. Independent creators may earn a commission from NANO for referrals. Check a firm’s current terms yourself before paying.

We are not affiliated with the firms we cover. No link on the site is an affiliate link to a prop firm, and we earn nothing from any firm: no commission, placement fee or payment of any kind (see nanoprop.info/how-were-paid). Prop firms can change their rules, prices and payout terms, or stop operating, at any time, and many operate on simulated capital or under offshore or contested regulatory arrangements. We do not vet, endorse or guarantee any firm’s legal status, solvency or conduct. Confirm a firm’s current terms yourself before you pay it anything.

Referral partners. Some independent creators who talk about NANO Prop are paid a commission by NANO Prop when someone buys a plan through their link. That money comes from NANO Prop, never from a prop firm, and creators must disclose it. It does not change our coverage or rankings.

5. Eligibility and your account

In plain words · Draft

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Keep your details accurate and secure; each account is for one person, who is responsible for its activity.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Give us accurate information and keep your email address current, because billing notices and important changes go there. One person per account.

6. The data you log

In plain words · Draft

You own your data and must log truthful information about your own accounts. NANO may process it to run the service and publish anonymous statistics only with a minimum sample size of five; abusive or inaccurate entries may be removed.

You keep ownership of the data you log. Log only truthful information about accounts you actually hold; do not submit false, manipulated or other people’s data. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store and process that data to run the service for you, and to anonymize and aggregate it into public statistics, which we show only at a minimum sample size of five. We never publish your individual entries in a way that identifies you. We may remove entries we believe are inaccurate or abusive and suspend accounts that try to game the dataset. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy (nanoprop.info/privacy).

7. AI features and credits

In plain words · Draft

AI can be wrong, and changes to your records need your confirmation. Plan credits expire with the paid period, do not roll over, have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or refunded.

Some features use third-party AI models. AI replies, readings of screenshots and analyses can be wrong or incomplete; check anything that matters before relying on it. The AI cannot add or change records on your desk without your explicit confirmation. AI features use credits. Credits come with your plan for each paid period, expire at the end of that period, do not roll over, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are not refundable.

8. Plans, billing and automatic renewal

In plain words · Draft

Whop bills Core, Plus and Max every 30 days until cancellation; active legacy plans retain their recorded terms. An active subscription keeps its price, while resubscribing uses the price then available. See below for credits, discounts, changes and failed payments.

Plans. NANO Prop sells three monthly plans: Core at US $29.95, Plus at US $49.95 and Max at US $79.95, each charged every 30 days and each including a credit allowance for that period (500, 1,500 and 3,000 credits). Creating an account and the public firm pages are free.

Merchant of record. Plans are sold and billed by Whop, which acts as merchant of record, takes the payment, issues the receipt, collects any applicable sales tax or VAT and appears on your statement as WHOP* NANOPROP. NANO Prop never sees or stores your card number. Whop’s own terms also apply to the payment.

Automatic renewal. Your plan starts when your first payment succeeds and renews automatically every 30 days at the same price until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize Whop to charge your payment method for each renewal. The price, renewal period and first charge date are shown at checkout before you pay.

Your price is locked. While your subscription stays active, your price does not go up, even if we raise prices for new members. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the price at that time applies. If we ever need to change what a plan includes, we will email you before the change affects you and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Promotional codes. From time to time we offer codes that reduce or waive the price of a first period. A code’s terms (discount, duration and expiry) are shown at checkout before you pay. Codes are for new customers unless stated, one per customer, and cannot be exchanged for cash. When a free or discounted period ends, the plan renews at its normal price unless you cancel before then. Where the law requires, we will remind you before the first full charge.

Changing plans. You can move between plans from your account. Any charge or credit for the change is shown before you confirm it.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Whop retries it over five days and emails you a link to update your payment method. You keep access during those five days. If the payment still fails, the plan ends; your free account and your records remain.

Legacy plans. Members who subscribed to the earlier Pro plan (US $19.99 every 30 days or US $199.99 for 365 days) keep that plan and its recorded terms for as long as it stays active. Previously purchased legacy analysis credits stay separate and are not converted into plan credits.

9. Cancelling

In plain words · Draft

Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps access through the period already paid for; it does not delete your records. Account deletion also cancels an active plan. Contact support for a legacy billing arrangement.

You can cancel at any time from Account → Billing & usage, which takes you to Whop’s billing page, with no phone call or email needed. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling does not delete your account or your records, and you do not need to delete your account to stop paying. Deleting your account also cancels any active plan. For a legacy billing arrangement, email support@nanoprop.info.

10. Refunds

In plain words · Draft

Partly used 30-day periods are not refunded, but the policy provides corrections for billing mistakes and service failures. Applicable consumer refund and withdrawal rights remain. Contact support; approved refunds go through Whop to the original payment method.

We do not refund a partly used 30-day period. We will always correct a billing mistake, such as a double charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a period in which something on our side stopped your plan from working. Email support@nanoprop.info; refunds are issued through Whop to the original payment method. Nothing in these Terms removes a refund or withdrawal right you have under the consumer law of your country. The full policy is in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

11. Acceptable use

In plain words · Draft

Do not misuse access, disrupt the service, scrape members’ data or mislead others. Reasonable automated reading of public pages is allowed under the stated rules. The protection for good-faith security research depends on all the conditions below.

Do not: break or probe security or access controls except as allowed below; use the service in a way that degrades it for others; scrape the desk or members’ data; resell, republish or frame our content as your own; share your account; upload unlawful content or content you have no right to share; or use the service to mislead others about a firm or a payout.

Automated reading of our public pages is fine if you respect robots.txt, identify yourself honestly and keep the volume reasonable (our own reader is described at nanoprop.info/bot).

Security research. If you find a security problem, email support@nanoprop.info (also listed at /.well-known/security.txt) and give us reasonable time to fix it before telling anyone else. We will not pursue or support legal action over good-faith research that accesses no other member’s data, destroys or takes nothing, does not degrade the service and involves no social engineering of our people or providers.

12. Third-party services

In plain words · Draft

Parts of the service depend on providers such as Whop, Plaid and AI providers, whose terms also apply. NANO is not responsible for their acts or outages, though it will try to work around them.

The service relies on third parties, including Whop (payments), Plaid (optional bank linking) and AI providers. Your use of their parts of the service is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for a third party’s acts or outages, though we will do our best to work around them.

13. Intellectual property

In plain words · Draft

NANO owns its software, content and brand. Your personal licence lets you use the service for your own trading records while your account is in good standing; feedback may be used without an obligation to you.

The site, the desk software, our written content, data compilations, design and the NANO Prop name and marks belong to NANO Prop LLC. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own trading records while your account is in good standing, as set out in our End User Licence Agreement. Feedback you send us may be used without obligation to you.

14. Disclaimers

In plain words · Draft

The service and AI output are supplied as available, without a guarantee of accuracy, completeness or uninterrupted service. The stated warranty exclusions apply only to the extent the law allows.

The service, its content and AI output are provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to be accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that any figure, firm term, ranking, observation or AI output is complete, current or error-free, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

15. Limitation of liability

In plain words · Draft

Where the law allows, NANO excludes the listed losses and limits service-related liability to what you paid in the previous 12 months or US $100, whichever is greater. Local law may limit how these exclusions apply to you.

To the extent the law allows: (a) NANO Prop is not liable for any trading loss, evaluation fee, missed payout or other loss arising from your trading or from reliance on information in the service; (b) NANO Prop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data; and (c) NANO Prop’s total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid NANO Prop in the 12 months before the claim arose, or US $100 if greater. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

16. Indemnity

In plain words · Draft

You agree to cover NANO’s reasonable costs, including legal fees, for a third-party claim caused by your breach of these Terms or misuse of the service.

You agree to cover NANO Prop’s reasonable costs, including legal fees, arising from a claim by a third party caused by your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service.

17. Suspension and termination

In plain words · Draft

You may delete your account. NANO may suspend or close it for the reasons below and explain why unless law or security prevents that; closure without cause includes a refund of the unused current paid period.

You can delete your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, puts other members or the service at risk, or where the law requires, and we will tell you why unless the law or a security reason prevents it. If we close your account without cause, we will refund any unused part of your current paid period.

18. Disputes and governing law

In plain words · Draft

The Terms ask both sides to try to resolve a dispute for 30 days first. Wyoming law and courts apply, subject to local consumer rights, including any right to bring a claim where you live.

Please contact desk@nanoprop.info first; most problems are solved quickly, and we ask both sides to try for 30 days before starting formal proceedings. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Wyoming have jurisdiction, except that you may bring a claim in the courts where you live if your local consumer law gives you that right. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer or data-protection rights you have under the law of your country.

19. Changes to these Terms

In plain words · Draft

The effective date identifies the latest Terms, and material changes are emailed before they take effect. Continued use accepts the change; if you disagree, you can cancel and delete your account.

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. For material changes we will email account holders before they take effect. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept it; if you do not, you can cancel and delete your account.

20. General

In plain words · Draft

The listed policies form the agreement, with the provisions below covering unenforceable terms, waivers and transfers. These Terms govern NANO’s obligations; Whop’s terms govern the payment itself.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the End User Licence Agreement, are the whole agreement between you and NANO Prop about the service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms; we may transfer them to a successor of our business. Where these Terms and a Whop page describe NANO Prop’s own obligations differently, these Terms apply to NANO Prop, and Whop’s terms apply to the payment itself.
