The floor-lock rules, firm by firm Does trailing drawdown ever stop? The three published floor-lock behaviors (trails forever, locks at start, locks $100 above) firm by firm, with worked math. Guide Can an intraday dip breach an end-of-day drawdown? On most desks, yes An end-of-day drawdown floor can still be breached hours before the close. Why floor movement and floor enforcement are two different published facts. Guide What actually happens when you cross a consistency percentage A consistency breach usually defers a payout rather than failing the account. The deferral arithmetic, the denominators plans divide by, and the ladders. Refund & Cancellation Policy

NANO Prop LLC · Effective 23 September 2026 · Part of the Terms of Service at nanoprop.info/terms

This policy explains how cancelling and refunds work for NANO Prop plans (Core, Plus, Max and legacy Pro). Plans are sold and billed by Whop, which acts as merchant of record, so refunds are paid out through Whop to your original payment method.

These reading summaries are drafts pending counsel review. They do not replace the full policy text.

Cancel any time, in a few clicks

In plain words · Draft

Cancel through Account → Billing & usage to stop renewal while retaining access for the paid period. Your account and records remain, and you can export them. Deleting the account also cancels an active plan.

Go to Account → Billing & usage on nanoprop.info, which opens Whop’s billing page, and cancel. No phone call, email or reason needed.

When you cancel:

  • your plan will not renew again;
  • you keep full access until the end of the 30-day period you already paid for;
  • your account, records and the free parts of NANO Prop stay available;
  • you can export your records at any time.

Deleting your NANO Prop account also cancels any active plan.

Refunds

In plain words · Draft

Partly used 30-day periods and unused credits are not refunded, subject to the listed corrections and your consumer rights. The first full charge after a free or discounted period can be refunded if you meant to cancel, email within 48 hours and have not used the paid plan since.

Partly used periods. We do not refund a partly used 30-day period, and unused AI credits are not refundable or exchangeable for cash. Credits expire at the end of each paid period.

We always put these right, in full or in part as fits the case:

Situation What we do
You were charged twice for the same period Refund the duplicate charge
You were charged after you cancelled Refund that charge
Something on our side stopped your plan from working for a meaningful part of a period Refund or credit the affected part
A promotional code was not applied as shown at checkout Refund the difference
We close your account without cause Refund the unused part of the current period

Free or discounted first periods. A promotional code’s terms are shown at checkout. When a free or discounted period ends, the plan renews at its normal price unless you cancel before then. If you meant to cancel and email us within 48 hours of that first full charge without having used the paid plan since, we will refund it.

Your legal rights come first. Nothing in this policy removes a refund, cooling-off or withdrawal right you have under the consumer law of your country. Where such a right applies, we honour it.

How to ask

In plain words · Draft

Email support from your account address with the charge date and amount. The policy states a reply within two business days; approved Whop refunds usually arrive within five to ten business days, depending on your bank. A chargeback can pause access during review.

Email support@nanoprop.info from the address on your account with the date and amount of the charge. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued through Whop and usually reach your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We can usually fix a billing problem faster, and a chargeback can pause access while it is reviewed.

Failed payments

In plain words · Draft

Whop retries a failed renewal for five days while access continues. If payment still fails, the plan ends without extra fees, and your account and records remain.

If a renewal payment fails, Whop retries it over five days and emails you a link to update your payment method. You keep access during those five days. If the payment still fails, the plan ends, with no extra fees. Your account and records remain.

Price changes

In plain words · Draft

Your price stays the same while your subscription remains active. If plan contents change, the policy says you will be emailed beforehand so you can cancel first.

While your subscription stays active, your price does not go up. If we ever change what a plan includes, we email you before the change affects you so you can cancel first.
