More than a journal
Review the trade. Run the operation.
A journal helps you study execution. NANO keeps the operating record around it current as you log changes, from firm choice to the next supported action.

Switching desks in an afternoon
Bring the history you already have.
The record only works if it holds your real days — so getting them in is the desk’s job, not yours. These Pro import tools are included in the base plan, and nothing writes without your confirm.
CSV and screenshot import are included with Pro — there is no separate import fee.
Export from TopstepX, Tradezella and more — any CSV with a date and a daily P&L works. Days stage account-by-account for your review before anything is written.
●
Dashboard screenshot
No export button? Screenshot a firm dashboard’s day-by-day view and the desk reads the days out — staged the same way, confirmed by you.
●
The record notices
When your imported days cross a firm’s published target, the desk proposes the account’s stage as worth confirming — an arithmetic fact about your own rows, never an assertion.
●
Replay against every eval
Your logged days replay against each modeled standard evaluation — would the target have landed, or would the drawdown floor have stopped it first, day by day.
●
A records pack each year
Three CSVs per year — payouts received, costs paid, and a summary — your own logged records, ready to hand your accountant. Anything unplaceable is listed as not included, never guessed.
One system, full lifecycle
Choose. Pass. Operate funded.
One operating context carries the record from firm choice through the next goal.
01Choose
Deploy capital deliberately.
Check dated terms against your goal and budget before you pay.
02Pass
Turn the evaluation into daily work.
Plan Coach sets checkpoints as account changes, costs and setbacks update the record.
03Measure
Operate and measure the funded desk.
Separate requested and received payouts, then read performance from supported records.
Published rules and prices carry their source basis and review date.
●
Model outputs
Estimates stay labeled as models. They never become real pass rates or promised outcomes.
●
Member evidence
Anonymous firm-level metrics remain hidden until that specific metric clears its evidence gate. The deepest cut — real payout-wait distributions — opens for members who contribute one logged outcome of their own.
●
Your operating record
Your logs drive the personal read. Pending payouts, unknown costs and unsupported currencies stay out of the result.

A sample desk, so you can see the product before paying
Review mistake patterns, plan progress, the whole desk, true cost or the past week. One new completed analysis uses one credit. Opening the same saved analysis again uses no additional credit. A failed attempt triggers a credit-return attempt, and its saved artifact shows whether that return landed or remains delayed.
Monthly allowance
Pro includes 30 credits each UTC calendar month. The allowance resets at 00:00 UTC on the 1st. At the limit, new analyses pause; one-time packs can add credits, but nothing is added or charged automatically.
Pro billing
USD $20 is charged when you subscribe, then every 30 days — or USD $200 once for 365 days. No trial. Cancel through Whop; Pro stays active through the period already paid.
Credit packs
Out of analyses mid-month? One-time packs top up your balance — 10 for $8.99 or 30 for $23.99, billed through Whop. Per analysis, Pro is the better rate; packs are for topping up, not replacing it.
Firm neutrality is never for sale. No ranking changes because a firm paid us.
Straight answers
What NANO does. What it doesn’t.
Is NANO another trade journal?
No. A journal reviews setups and execution. NANO runs the business around them: neutral firm selection, campaign planning, account lifecycle, capital, payout evidence, and supported return. Pro adds member-set risk controls. The two products solve different jobs.
What does NANO actually do each day?
Plan Coach turns your active goal into a daily contract. The dashboard shows the next action supported by your records, while account changes, closeouts, costs, and payouts update the context. It only knows what you record or explicitly connect.
What can I use for free?
An account costs nothing and opens the firm pages, the rulebook, the sales calendar, payout timing, the cost explorer and a sample desk. The desk itself — every tool, and logging your own accounts, payouts and reviews — is USD $20 every 30 days, or USD $200 for 365 days prepaid. No firm pays us anything.
Can I bring my existing journal?
Yes, with Pro. Export a CSV from TopstepX, Tradezella or any journal with dates and daily P&L — or screenshot a firm dashboard’s day-by-day view — and the desk stages every day for your review before anything is written. Your confirmed days then power the daily plan, stage proposals, and the eval replay.
Does NANO tell me what to trade?
No. There are no signals, entries, or market-direction calls. Risk Coach uses the limit and stop distance you enter. Its contract sizing is arithmetic, not a declaration that a trade or quantity is safe.
Do I have to connect a bank?
No. You can maintain the operating record manually. The optional Pro bank lens surfaces identified prop-firm charges from supported U.S. institutions as a recent floor; it does not replace your payout log or claim complete spending coverage.
Is “profit so far” verified trading P&L?
No. It is received funded payouts in your record minus supported logged prop-firm costs in one currency. Pending payouts and unsupported amounts remain excluded. It is a cash-flow measure from your record, not a broker statement or trading P&L.
