For NANO account, billing or product support, email us directly from the address on your account whenever possible.

Start with the closest category. The useful details are different for access, billing, product behavior and prop-firm decisions.
- Account access
You cannot sign in or recover the account.
Try password recovery first. If the email changed, a code never arrives or the account is locked, email support from the address tied to the desk.
- Billing and Pro
A charge, renewal or entitlement looks wrong.
Review the current billing contract, then email support with the account email and the Whop receipt or membership reference. Never send a full card number.
- Product and data
A page, record or result is not behaving as expected.
Send the page URL, what you expected, what appeared instead, and the approximate time with your time zone. A redacted screenshot helps.
- Prop-firm issue
A firm made a rule, breach or payout decision.
NANO cannot change a firm account. Use Support Desk to find the firm’s official route and prepare a message grounded in its published terms.
Help us reproduce it.
A short, complete report is faster to investigate than a long message without context.

- To access, export, or correct your personal data, email support@nanoprop.info with the subject "Data request", from the address on your account. You can delete your account records yourself in account settings. Our Privacy Policy lists your full rights.

- Think we got a firm fact, term, or ranking wrong? Email support@nanoprop.info with the page link and the source you believe changes the record.
