It is part of the Terms of Service. If they conflict, the Terms of Service apply.

These reading summaries are drafts pending counsel review. They do not replace the full policy text.

1. Licence

In plain words · Draft

You receive a limited personal licence, not ownership of the software. It lasts while your account is in good standing and, for paid features, while your plan is active.

NANO Prop LLC grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Software for your own trading records and research. The licence lasts while your account is in good standing and, for paid features, while your plan is active. The Software is licensed, not sold.

2. What the licence does not allow

In plain words · Draft

The licence restricts copying, reverse engineering, sharing access, bypassing controls, extracting data and the other uses below. The stated legal exceptions to copying and reverse-engineering restrictions still apply.

You may not, and may not help anyone else to:

  • use the Software for anything unlawful, or to mislead others about a firm, a payout or a trading result.

3. AI features

In plain words · Draft

Optional AI features send your chosen input to third-party providers and use plan credits. AI output is information that may be wrong; adding anything to your records requires your confirmation.

Some features send the input you choose, such as a message, bounded desk fields or a screenshot you ask to be read, to third-party AI providers, as described in our Privacy Policy. AI output can be wrong. It is information, not advice. Nothing is added to your records unless you confirm it. AI features use plan credits under the Terms of Service.

4. Third-party components

In plain words · Draft

Third-party services and open-source components have their own terms and licences. NANO is not responsible for them; the section describes how they are chosen and how material changes are communicated.

The Software uses third-party services and open-source components, including Whop for payments and Plaid for optional bank linking. They are provided under their own licences and terms, which apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for them, but we choose them carefully and we will tell you if a change materially affects you.

5. Updates

In plain words · Draft

Software features may change, including through automatic updates. If a core paid feature is removed, NANO will tell you in advance so you can cancel before the change affects you.

We may update, change or remove features to improve the Software, keep it secure or comply with the law. Some updates happen automatically. If we remove a core paid feature, we will tell you in advance, and you can cancel before the change affects you.

6. Ownership

NANO Prop LLC and its licensors own all rights in the Software, including its code, design, content, data compilations and the NANO Prop name and marks. You own the data you log, as set out in the Terms of Service.

7. Ending the licence

In plain words · Draft

Deleting your account or breaching the EULA ends the licence; NANO may also end it under the Terms. Stop using the software when it ends, and export records before deleting your account. Sections 2, 6, 8 and 9 continue to apply.

The licence ends automatically if you delete your account or breach this EULA, and it can be ended by us under the Terms of Service. When it ends, you must stop using the Software. You can export your records before you delete your account. Sections 2, 6, 8 and 9 continue after the licence ends.

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. The disclaimers and limitation of liability in the Terms of Service apply to the Software.

9. Export and legal compliance

In plain words · Draft
